The event will be held Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Austin Ranch located in Grapevine, Texas. Treatment Planning from the Airway to Esthetics

Dr. Burns is a Board certified orthodontist who has been in practice for the past 24 years, 17 of which were in orthodontics. She has been a member of the American Association of Orthodontics for the past 20 years, as well as a part of the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry for 10 years. Dr. Burns holds multiple degrees from University of Pittsburgh and Ohio State University. She is a Roth-trained Orthodontist and an OBI level III graduate.

Kathi Carlson

Methods & Tools to Achieve Practice Growth

Kathi Carlson is a graduate of Indiana University’s Certified Dental Assisting Program, and has been in dentistry for many years, with the last 25 years focused on implant dentistry. She is the creator of “The Implant Consortium” and has trained implant teams nationally and internationally. Kathi is a credentialed and charismatic facilitator offering programs on case presentation and the team approach to implants.

Lyndy Phillips

This dynamic speaker uses humor, entertainment, and inspiration to make people happier, healthier, and less stressed. Lyndy was raised on a farm, served fifteen years in full-time ministry, worked in sales for seven years, fundraising/development for five years and raised two children with his wife of thirty years. On top of all that, he was Executive Director for a television show about marriage.

Tom Viola is a member of the faculty of seven dental hygiene and dental assisting programs, as well as several national board exam review courses.  He is a contributor to several dental professional journals, with columns appearing regularly in AGD Impact and RDH Magazine.  In addition, Tom currently serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Mosby’s Dental Drug Reference.

Edie Gibson is an internationally recognized speaker, a Registered Psychotherapist in CO, and a 2013 Sunstar RDH Award of Distinction recipient.  Edie owned an independent dental hygiene practice called About Face for many years until spinal surgery ended her full-time clinical career and changed the course of her life.
