To attend the Annual OSHA Seminar on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 7:45 AM to 12 PM Noon featuring Dr. Robert Cooley, with opening acts Drs. Hunter, Spingola, Buchmann, and Brown and the team at Northern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery. The event will be held at the Palace Arts Theater, located at 300 S. Main Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051 (817-410-3459). Ample parking is provided directly behind the Palace Arts Theatre. A continental breakfast will be provided. Two ce credits are provided for this event.
